Rules for applying

Make sure to follow those rules when you're applying for RT:

- Make sure that you follow the correct title and format here.
- You can't apply if you've been recently banned for usage of any hack or unfair modification tools in any server. However, you can apply once 6 months pass after getting unbanned.
- If your application gets rejected, you have to wait 1 month before applying again.
- Don't spam your application, it gives us the idea that you're impatient.
