Here is a list of some basic issues/guides that might come when you are setting up your server. The problem and solution is mentioned: - Change relxxx version
You can download the relevant file for Linux 64 from vcmp forum or vcmp discord for linux x64. Replace that in files/mpsvrrel64.
- Could not load script scripts/main.nut
This happens because your end of file (EOL) is set to CRLF. You need to change that to LF. In order to that:
For Notepad++ users:
Edit->EOL Conversion -> Unix(LF)
For vscode users:
In the bottom-right corner of the VS Code window, you’ll see the current EOL sequence (e.g., LF or CRLF). Click on the EOL sequence indicator. Select LF.
For changing the whole project, goto settings (CTRL + ,). Search: Files:EOL. Change that to LF
- Permission denied
go to Files -> right click on that file -> permissions. Enter 755 and press update.

Hello Sherlock, hope you are doing well.
We greatly appreciate your interest in RT and we are glad to see that you are actually interest in the clan. However this time, your application has put off a lot of members by mentioning it is your "final application". Your application voting was really confusing this time and most of the members changed their vote because of your words. Things do not work like this in VCMP and especially in RT since everyone here is considered a family. The words highlight some concerns about commitment. Just to add, there are some members in RT who were rejected on their third application too. With that, this time your application does not seem to have much effort as it had in last application which also put off some of our members. I hope you understand the situation.
Feel free to apply in a month or when you feel you are best suited. Best of luck for the future.

Thank you for showing your interest in RT. Unfortunately, our clan members thinks that it is still early for you to apply in a clan since you were in VU recently. We agree that you carried the responsibility for years and you understand VCMP community well but still, it would be preferred if you spend some time clanless and apply again.

The Resurgence Server Hosting The Resurgence has launched its hosting server for VCMP. VPS is located in Germany and has enough RAM to host much VCMP servers at once, so don't worry about VPS lag unless your script is lagging the VPS. People can apply to get a free server for themselves. Remember to follow all the below points. 1. General Rules- Dont be a jerk when hosting server.
- Your server details should not be inappropriate.
- You are not allowed to abuse the panel in anyway.
- You are not allowed to get host on behalf of your friend. He needs to apply himself.
- Servers are given on basis of request only. Multiple servers can be allocated if your request seems reasonable.
- Ports are allocated to a server by default. Specific ports will be given to selective people only.
- Your server can be removed anytime without any prior warning if you are found breaking general.
2. Criteria- Server request can be rejected without any reason.
- You account will be your responsibility.
- Mention your ingame nick that is known in VCMP.
3. Resource Limits- Each server has specific CPU, Ram and Storage limits by default.
- 1 Mysql database is allocated to each server if mentioned.
- Resources can be increased if your request seems reasonable.
