We have discussed your application and decided that you currently not ready to join RT. Several factors influenced this decision including—but not limited to— the non-compelling reason of you leaving your previous clan, just coming back from a long period of inactivity, etc. We would suggest you to take your time, remain active and connect with us more often and given incompatible past relations, try to make noticable changes in your overall character. I strongly suggest taking as much time as you can to improve yourself to be perceived as a strong fit for RT. Thank you for your time and the effort you put into the application.

because we were Latin I could have created a good bond with them
But RT is not. If you wanted to join SS purely because it's a Latino clan then I guess you may have language barrier-ish issues in RT (and possibly bonding issues assuming from your comment) as we do not have any Spanish members. Can you comment on it further?

Hi Xan, there were some concerns regarding your application that you need to address carefully.
1) Some of our members have noticed a pattern that you follow after getting rejected from somewhere. We have noticed that you go inactive or ghost shortly after getting rejected from somewhere (this is not specific to clans). Please address this issue and explain why do you go inactive after getting a negative response and how can we be sure that you wouldn't follow this pattern again after getting rejected from here. Unfortunately, it gives a bad impression on us that you are probably not too strong to handle rejections. Please explain your answer in an elaborate manner.
2) Some of us aren't convinced and do not have enough idea about you because you are LESS ACTIVE. It is hard to vouch for someone we do not know enough about. Please focus on your activity and try to meet members of RT and exchange interactions with them as much as possible. Lastly, what makes you think you are ready to apply for the clan after you 'just' came out of the inactivity cave to the point you have pending (stats) transfers?
3) Do you have any plans to go inactive after being accepted?

Hey Domek, good to see your application. There were some concerns you need to address carefully. On behalf of the clan:
First of all, we appreciate how you have been very helpful and committing towards our team in the champ. We really admire your efforts and time dedicated to our team and how you've collaborated and cooperated friendly with each member of the team.
As for your application, being in a team is different than being in a clan. When we let a new member into our clan, we basically associate ourselves closely with them and in a sense, take responsibility of them. We do not usually base our votes entirely on an applicant's past but we do consider it one of the factors in the voting process since we have to analyse your cooperation and integration with other clans you've been in the past to judge your ability to integrate within our community. In RT, maintaining our balance is our priority. It is *the* most important thing for us because we love our clan and have given our best commitment to maintaining its integrity and are supposed to in the future.
You have to know that RT is very different than most other clans in a sense that it has very strict rules and regulations for members to follow which are for their own safety and clan's integrity. On occasions, you might be told to cut off connections with players who pose a threat or are an enemy to our clan or are just problematic for us. You will have to dedicate yourself fully to the clan; being a responsible member, you will have to ensure its safety and security by ALL means. It means you might have to do a lot of stuff you might find uncomfortable for the sake of the clan. We are also less tolerant of controversial stuff and avoid it at all costs. Take it like this: we prioritise clan before ourselves.
Our questions are:
- After knowing all this, how do you plan to integrate into such a strict and less tolerant clan towards unwanted stuff and which requires full commitment and dedication and complete obeying of the clan rules in a lot of uncomfortable ways?
- If suppose, you have got into bit of a stuff with a clan member and you have a hard time cooperating with them, how will you tackle this situation and what steps would you take to improve your relation with them and avoid it affecting the clan's balance?
- RT has managed to maintain its strong reputation since day 1, how do you plan to contribute to the clan and ensure its reputation remains the same?
- We cannot ignore that you have been involved in a lot of questionable things which is something we dread and avoid at all costs so how do you plan on staying away from such stuff knowing RT doesn't tolerate any of it and the consequences are very harsh?
Please, note:
For the last question, we would like you to answer based on a reflection of yourself which means mention the mistakes you have made in the past and how do you plan to avoid them in the future, what steps you should have taken in the past to avoid the consequences, etc. It will help us judge your ability to reflecting on yourself and analysing your past mistakes and having solutions ready should a similar situation come in the future.

However, we couldn't help but notice your statement, "This is my third and final time applying, and I won't feel bad if I get rejected," which raises some concerns about your loyalty towards the clan. In RT, loyalty and dedication are values we hold in high regard, and your statement hinders our positive feedback. We understand that applying multiple times and facing rejection can be frustrating, but expressing a lack of investment in the outcome does not reflect the kind of commitment we are looking for. Additionally, your current application appears quite effortless compared to your previous applications. You need to understand that some of us do not know you and one way for us to evaluate an applicant is through his application. The remarks you put in your application gave a bad impression and a negative outlook to us. In our clan, loyalty and dedication are what bind us together as a team. We believe that every member should be genuinely committed to supporting one another and having each other's backs unconditionally. To move forward, we need to know how you plan to demonstrate your loyalty and dedication to the clan, as these are essential qualities if not requirements for any member of RT. Your remarks have clearly shown a lack of interest in RT as you "won't feel bad" if you get a negative response from us. It's now up to you to prove to us your genuine interest and loyalty. Were you in any clan? (If yes state the reason you left them): Yes, but in present time, these clans doesn't exists.

Happy Anniversary, RT! Today, RT has turned 4 years old. In just a short span since its beginning, The Resurgence has risen to become one of the most reputed clans in the VC:MP community. During this period, RT has won numerous battles; from one-to-one duels to high-scale clan battles and championships. RT has been successful in maintaining its winning streak. What made RT great and powerful were its soldiers. Their commitment, loyalty and brilliance has brought the clan to current heights. Not only our members have achieved victory in numerous matches and battles but in the recent '23 Year Awards, the excellence of RT's soldiers was displayed. Hello Shy^, There is no doubt that i was so immature and a bad player at that time but i think after getting unbanned from Aimbot (2020) I tried to improved my behaviour and make some new and muture friends and play with them. I also played MAGNA after getting unbanned from aimbot. What else i can say about my own behaviour xd. You can ask your members about my behaviour towards them or any other players. U1 helped me alot to improve my behaviour specially lederhos guide me how to deal with problems and how to improve your self...

Please DM me on Discord: shy007 Thank you for showing interest towards RT clan, Huzaifa. Though I am not that much impressed by your behavior in recent times. You have a irritating and annoying personality. Sometimes, you behave childish and I have seen it myself. Taking those into consideration I personally do not think you are ready to be part of RT yet.
But, if you can make me believe that you would try to work on the things I mentioned. Then I might change my mind.
Hello Kenny, My Behaviour isnt childish and i dont have annoy personality. I dont know when we met last time ig but guiding new players in easy english and in urdu doesnt mean that i am annoy or smth. If anyone thinks guiding players or talking with friends in main chat is annoying or childish Its okay ( IN VCCNR RECENTLY). But i think my behaviour is better than before yeah i may have some problems but i'll try to improve it with time
When did I say guiding new players is bad or it is something which is considered to be childish?Indeed, your behavior is better than before but it is still not enough according to me.

I respect your opninion. You may see my behaviour childish and annoying in CNR but in DM servers or TDM servers its different. You didn't play DM servers with me thats why you don't know much about my behaviour in other servers than CNR. Thanks
That is quite not okay--to be behavioural different depending on the server. If you happen to join RT and continue playing in VCCNR with that "childish behaviour", you'll still be representing us; the entire clan and what kind of members we take in. That could harm the clan's reputation. This application will experience quite a significant damage unless you guarantee us that you will have a universal behaviour throughout the game which would be calm and not be toxic or annoying. Having a mate who is behavioural different and having different personalities in every other server is not what we'd want to align ourselves with, sorry.
